Heavenly Wounded Star, Mandrake Fyodor (天傷星マンドレイクのヒョードル, Tenshōsei Mandoreiku no Hyōdoru?) is an extremely sadistic Specter, who has his own torture chamber in the depths of Yomotsu Hirasaka (黄泉比良坂?), the Hill to the Land of Spirits. He held Tenma captive until the Pegasus Saint was rescued by Yato and Yuzuriha, and then was slain by his former prisoner. Later he was resurrected by Hades. Fyodor is one of the Specters introduced in Lost Canvas and not present in the original manga.
- Attacks: Strangle Shrill (ストラングルシュリール, Sutoranguru Shurīru?): From the mask carved on his Surplice, Fyodor launches an extremely acute shriek similar to that of a mandrake, paralyzing and injuring anything in its way.
